Program Details
Social-emotional skills are crucial for youth as they lay the foundation for healthy relationships and effective coping strategies. These skills include self-awareness, which helps young people understand their emotions and strengths; self-management, which involves regulating emotions and behaviors; social awareness, which fosters empathy and understanding of others; relationship skills, which are essential for communicating and working effectively with peers; and responsible decision-making, which helps youth make ethical and constructive choices. Developing these skills during adolescence equips young individuals with the tools they need to navigate social complexities, manage stress, and build resilience, ultimately contributing to their overall well-being and success in life.

Through this program children and adolescent explore their character. The activities will be research and skills-based education that helps youth to be with their best behaviours they can be by learning and exploring:

Showing respect to self and others
Taking responsibility
Mental wellness

By integrating these components with planned activities, youth can effectively manage communications in social settings, and manage social stress for their mental wellbeing.
