Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common mental disorders affecting individuals. Symptoms of ADHD include inattention (not being able to keep focus), hyperactivity (excess movement that is not fitting to the setting), and impulsivity (hasty acts that occur at the moment without thought). ADHD therapeutic approach involves a multi-faceted approach that includes behavioral strategies, educational support, and lifestyle changes.

Behavioral therapy will focus on teaching specific skills to manage symptoms and improve functioning. This can include organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving strategies.
For children, parents will be informed of some techniques to support their child, such as positive reinforcement, consistent discipline, and creating structured routines.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) will help individuals develop coping strategies for managing impulsivity, hyperactivity, and inattention. Address negative thought patterns and improve self-esteem.
Lifestyle modifications will focus on regular Exercise. Encourage physical activity to improve focus, mood, and overall health.

Educational support will offer collaboration with the individual's school for modifications as required to ensure that educational interventions are tailored to the individual's learning style and needs.
Ongoing monitoring and adjustment will be offered as a treatment plan to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to the treatment plan. Use standardized tools to track symptom changes over time.
Long-term therapy sessions on a less frequent basis as needed to maintain progress.
