Program Details

Healthy boundaries are essential for maintaining balanced relationships and personal well-being. They involve clearly defining and communicating your limits and needs to others, ensuring that your time, energy, and emotions are respected. Establishing healthy boundaries helps prevent burnout, reduces stress, and fosters mutual respect and understanding in relationships. It empowers individuals to take control of their lives, make informed choices, and create a safe space for themselves and others. By setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, you can enhance your self-esteem, improve communication, and cultivate healthier, more fulfilling connections with those around you.

The program will focus on:

  • Explore cultural values

  • Discovering root cause

  • Practice compassion under seven boundaries

  • Determine your center of control

  • Recognize and practice positive behaviour

  • Assertive Communication
